I did it...another menu for this week! I would have posted it before now, but I couldn't get on the site to update. So, here you have it.....recipes to follow later today or tomorrow.
Sat 3/21 ~ Chicken Viola (this was quick, easy and Kate loved it!)
Sun. 3/22 ~ Deluxe Cheeseburger Salad (this is a yummy recipe out of the latest Pampered Chef Seasons Best cookbook. Will post recipe later)
Mon. 3/23 ~ Macaroni and cheese w/ canned tomatoes
Tues. 3/24 ~ California Club Pizza (another recipe out of the PC Seasons Best cookbook...will post recipe later)
Wed. 3/25 ~ Steak, baked potatoes and veggie trio
Thurs. 3/26 ~ tacos
Fri. 3/27 ~ pork roast, mashed potatoes and veggies
